Kayalin Akens-Irby is a passionate and impact-oriented strategist who leverages her skills and experience in tech, investment, and policy to build a more sustainable future. She is currently the Head of Growth at Planet FWD, the leading decarbonization platform for consumer companies, where she helps global brands measure and reduce their carbon footprint across their operations, products, and supply chains. She joined Planet FWD as an early employee and played a key role in developing the platform's go-to-market strategy, product development, and fundraising.
Prior to Planet FWD, Kayalin was an early employee and Head of VC and Growth Equity at Malk Partners, where she advised top private equity funds on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investment strategies and helped the firm become the leading ESG advisory for private markets.
