A researcher of  the reusable packaging and circular economy topics, Patricia Coelho from Utrecht University will moderate the discussion on consumer, e-commerce, and transportation applications of reusable food packaging. Expert panelists from companies operating in food sector will cover the challenges and advancements in reusable food packaging applications in the market.  

Tim Debus from Reusable Packaging Association will cover the food safety, sanitation, environmental sustainability, and viability of the reusable & returnable transport packaging applications. Chloe Vichot from Fresh Bowl will introduce the concept of reusable glass jars designed for vending machines and will talk about food safety and consumer behavior aspects. Lauren Sweeney from Deliver Zero will explain the food delivery in reusable containers and the specific considerations at the e-commerce level.
