Carole Sanders recently retired from General Mills Inc. where her 30+ year career was spent in quality assurance leadership. Carole had key roles in the development of best practices and protocols that GMI employs as part of their stellar quality sensory system. She worked globally across the North American, Latin/South America, Europe and Australia regions and led the integration/dissemination of these best practices across the globe. Carole, throughout her career, has used her quality sensory expertise to design and manage the implementation of countless, sustainable QC sensory programs around the globe for GMI, it’s ingredient suppliers and its external manufacturers.

Eddie Kusmider is entering his 20th year with Kraft Heinz, having taken on various roles of increasing responsibility within Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Food Safety & Regulatory Systems.  Currently Eddie is an Associate Director supporting Oscar Mayer Core Meats (Bacon, Hotdogs, Cold Cuts) and manages a variety of projects pertaining to New Product Development, Renovations, Quality Improvements, Supply Continuity or Value Engineering.
