Individuals with sight often overlook the significance of color. However, in their daily routines, it's challenging to find an activity that doesn't involve the use of color. Certainly, their capacity to perceive color serves various purposes, including selecting suitable food items based on ripeness and nutritional value, as well as identifying potential hazards such as spoilage. Additionally, color can elicit emotional reactions when people encounter and consume foods and beverages.

In this Fireside chat, we discuss how color impacts the overall food and beverage experience as we dive into topics like:

     - Color as a language and communication tool
     - Color’s influence on flavor identity
     - How color in foods and beverages can trigger moods & emotions
