Speaker - Mikael Bengtsson, Industry & Strategy Solution Director, Food & Beverage, Infor, is responsible for the food and beverage industry and solutions strategy at Infor North America. His focus is to provide thought leadership in how technology can address current challenges within the food and beverage industry and provide business benefits to Infor customers. Mikael has more than 20 years of experience from business and technology consulting and with a special focus on the food and beverage industry.

Speaker - Doug Visscher, Director, Solution Consulting, Food & Beverage, Infor, started his technology career working for a computer peripherals manufacturer, working his way up to second-level management, responsible for orders, service and contracts administration. After working on the project team of a successful ERP implementation, Doug went to work in the software industry, first as an implementation consultant at Oracle and moving into business/solution consulting. He has worked with manufacturing ERP systems for 25 years. Doug joined Lawson Software in 2007 where he gained experience with CloudSuite, and after working for another ERP vendor, joined Infor in 2014 working with the CloudSuite product in Food and Beverage and Chemicals industries, leveraging his knowledge of the software and his industry knowledge to deliver results for customers and prospects. Doug, a Colorado native, now lives in Maine and enjoys the fall colors and fresh seafood. He studied Chemical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines and has a BS in Business from Regis University.
