For the past 15 years she has advised leading food companies and their trade associations on regulatory issues from farm to table, with a focus on food labeling, advertising, and nutrition policy. Colas helps her clients effectively communicate about their products by drawing on her deep food regulatory expertise, as well as her keen awareness of the class action litigation environment.

Jaime Reeves, PhD, is the chief technology officer at Mattson, where she leads product development, regulatory, and commercialization efforts for innovative food and beverage solutions.
