Hosted by IFTSA in partnership with the IFT Sustainable Food Systems Division, Fruit & Vegetable Products Division, and Food Safety & Quality Management Division this event brings students together in multidisciplinary teams to solve a food science challenge and present their ideas to a panel of academic and industry judges.

Teams will be assigned, so you do not need to form your own.

Winning teams will receive cash prizes.

*Participants must be present for the entire event to compete.

Hackathons are open source for majority benefit, all concepts and solutions from this hackathon will be considered open source and may be developed by anyone who sees the end results.
