Jim Dar, Allen Flavors, Inc.

Jim Dar is currently Director of Technical and Manufacturing with Allen Flavors, Inc. servicing their largest customer, Arizona Beverages, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the food industry with major corporations such as General Foods/ Kraft Foods, CPC International, and McCormick and Company. Dar has implemented food processing, packaging and quality assurance projects worldwide. He has a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, and holds two patents related to food products. He has been an IFT member for over 25 years and is a member of the Food Packaging and Fermented Foods Divisions and Past chair of the Maryland Section of IFT.
