Janika Hull received both her Bachelor and Master of Science at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in Nutritional Biochemistry concentrating on the Chemopreventive potential of Blue Corn. She is currently working as the R&D Manager at Merrick Pet Care focusing on innovation and renovation of wet foods.

Dr. David Bloom, Sensory Scientist at General Mills
Dr. David Bloom who got both his Bachelor’s degree and PhD in Food Science and Human Nutrition, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with doctoral research focusing on sensory discrimination testing methodology power in complex beverage systems and is now working as a Sensory Scientist at General Mills.

Dr. Suvaluk Asavasanti, Researcher at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburie
Dr. Suvaluk Asavasanti who obtained her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Food Engineering from Kasetsart University and King Mongkut’s University in Thailand, respectively, and then completed her PhD at UC Davis. She currently serves as the director of the Food Engineering Practice School program at King Mongkut’s University, and coordinator for the Future Food Industry Program under The Thailand Research Fund. Her research interests span across advanced food processing technologies, which include Pulsed Electric Field, Ohmic heating, High Pressure Processing. Her interests also include non-destructive inspection of biological materials and educational development.
