Suraksha Rajagopal Head of Research & Strategy, Spoonshot, started her career at Mondelez International as an Associate Scientist working in the snacks, chocolate & confectionery category. She joined Spoonshot in 2018 where she leads our team of Food Scientists and Researchers. Suraksha has managed multiple consulting assignments across Europe and North America. She has a MSc in Food Science and Technology from the University of Alberta, Canada. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the same university.
