Alice Lee is passionate about educating professionals in the food and beverage industry about the benefits and best practices for using natural colors.  She has 18+ years of industry experience expanding from working as a product developer for Unilever on the CPG side and then taking on the role of the Application Manager at GNT in 2012.  Alice has a B.Sc. in Food Science from University of Guelph in Canada and a culinary diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.  She maintains a large garden of heirloom fruits and vegetables in her home with her partner and young son.

Christina Olivarez, Executive Corporate Chef, GNT USA, LLC
Chef Christina Olivarez brings her passion and authentic chef’s perspective to brand partnerships that result in innovative concepts and solutions using EXBERRY® plant-based colors. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, she was elevated to the position of Executive Chef at Diego in Las Vegas in only five years. During her tenure at Diego, she was recognized as Eater.com's Vegas Chef of the Year in 2012, and won an episode of the Food Network's competition cooking series, Chopped. Christina's culinary approach is focused on working with manufacturers to tell their story through plant-forward dishes that evoke the pleasure and joy of eating using vibrant colors, balanced flavors and intriguing textures.
