Brandon Maxwell

Brandon Maxwell is the founder and principal consultant of Max Haus. After nearly two decades of working as a consultant and executive across multiple industries, he noticed an increasing number of colleagues and friends contracting with him to provide professional diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) services. After a few iterations, Max Haus was launched to liberate the workplace and create a world where every human thrives – one organization, one person at a time.

Over the last twenty years, Brandon has worked with corporations, accounting firms, universities, accrediting bodies, nonprofits, law firms, animal welfare agencies, and technology professionals, offering comprehensive, transformative DEIB consulting and professional services. His work ranges from policy development and strategy design to podcast production. He specializes in neurological diversity dialogue, an invisible diversity dimension many organizations continue to overlook.
