Gale Prince, Retired, The Kroger Company
Gale Prince is a 40 year veteran of the food industry, first with Jewel and then as the Director of Corporate Regulatory Affairs with The Kroger Company, responsible for regulatory matters related to food and product safety and crisis management issues related to product safety for manufacturing plants and retail stores. Gale has been involved in literally thousands of product recalls, and heads a panel IFT has assembled in support of our FDA contract work on traceability. He is currently President of SAGE, LLC consulting.
